Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within a reasonable timeframe after receiving payment. Orders can take up to 5 - 7 business days to process.


Shipping Rates

For all orders withen Canada, shipping rates are as low as $10 per order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if you paid for upgraded shipping. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Returns

Due to the fragility of our ceramic products, we do not accept returns.

We take great care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of our items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, providing photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Lost Packages

In the case of lost packages, please reach out to us, and we will work with the shipping carrier and try our best to resolve the issue.
